  • There are many dolmens in Buan.
Only 10 of 13 dolmens exist to this day, and the Guamri dolmen is Buan's most famous dolmen. The dolmens here were made in the southern way, with a natural rock used as the covering stone and several supporting stones used as the prop. Some of the supporting stones are quite taller than the others. Most dolmens have 4 supporting stones, but the dolmens of Buan have 8 supporting stones. The covering stone used when building southern-type dolmens are usually wide (vertical length:6.35m, horizontal length:4.50m, thickness: 0.69m).
